Those infamous Skittles commercials say, “Taste the Rainbow”  – and Lip Smackers wants consumers to feel like they are “wearing the rainbow,” on their lips. This new gift-able packaging aims to catch the attention of Tween shoppers – and their moms – during the Easter holiday.

Mars Retail Group partnered with Markwins to package its new Lip Smacker Lip Balm Trios, candy-flavored lip balms, inside plastic Easter eggs. The ad camapign says “Kiss the Rainbow, Taste the Rainbow.”

The Skittles and Starburst candy-flavored lip balm flavors are: a Skittles Trio that includes the flavors of green apple, wild berry strawberry and strawberry; and a second, with strawberry starfruit, banana berry and mango tangelo. One Starburst Trio includes strawberry, mango melon and orange; another contains cherry, watermelon and strawberry.
